More convenient for adding maintenance requests than calling, but looks like it was designed by a 4th grader. Several functions are pointless at best, useless at worst. Why do I have to select a priority if there is only one option? The categories are incomplete, often I'm selecting whatever is kind of close to what I need rather than exactly what I need.

Incorporate rental application and wait-list into this app! The maintenance portion is great. Simple and easy. Before the maintenance portal, you would call in maintenance and sometimes the ticket got lost or never recorded. With the maintenance portal, techs appear to get the maintenace requests much faster with no errors. I had been using the mobile site for Bolling Family Housing, which worked well, but this app is a great alternative.

They need to have a place where it shows that you actually paid. Not having just a 0.00 balance. Having a zero balance means that if you checked it on the wrong day & they didn't update then your questioning if the payment went through. Having the system not work on the 1st of every month is awful because thats when rent is due. Why cant they have it available to pay from the 25th to 5th then add the late fee after the 6th. Some people try to pay rent early & it just needs fixed.
